Description

The Cursing of Château Castle is a popular long-running fantasy-romance series. It has been translated into at least one other language. Issues #2, 3, 6, 10, 12, 24, 32, 43, 48, 51, 68, 86, and 87 are mentioned in-game. The last issue #87 was released right as the King's Curse started freezing Vaugarde in time.[2] Describing the last issue to the The Castle-Loving One in Dormont gives the FIRST ISSUE weapon for Odile.

Characters

  • Lord Joséphandre: The protagonist of The Cursing of Château Castle. Of an unknown past, but supposedly of noble birth. He protects castles.
  • Pierre-Jacques-Erneste: Josephéndre's friend. First appears in Issue #10, and briefly betrayed the party in Issue #51. He destroyed his castle in an act of self-sacrifice to save Lord Josephandre in Issue #68.
  • Lady Irene-Janine-Karine: A major character who joined the party in Issue #32. A good character.

Known Volumes

When talking to the Castle-Loving One from ACT 2 onwards, it is possible to ask them about issues of The Cursing of Château Castle lying around the House. It is only possible to ask about one volume per loop. Said volume is always the last volume Siffrin found on a previous loop.

Issue #2

Though the plot of Issue #2 is unknown, this issue has been translated into Siffrin's language. It is only possible to read its cover in Dormont's Library in ACT 4.
